| There is a 4 Night Minimum along with a cleaning charge added to the daily rates. Shorter stays may be negotiated.
Make this the first of many visits to your secret hideout in paradise. All returning guests will be granted the previous year's rate for similar seasonal time. This is our way of welcoming you back. Additional days can be added to the minimum one week stay. As past guest know additional options such as sailing and Snuba type diving may be available.
Policies
Check in time is set for 4:00 pm and check out 7 days later by 10:00 am. This provides the time required to clean the unit for our guests. Other times can be arranged and/or storage of you bags can be accommodated if the times can not be extended. Feel free to contact us for any special needs.
Deposits
The initial deposit required is 50% of the total rent for the unit to confirm and guarantee your reservation. A damage deposit of $300.00 is required at check in. Payments can be made by check to the mailing address above or by any of the four major credit cards using PayPal.com They accept checks as well but this adds time. Checks can used mailed but special arrangement will be needed, check with the owner by phone or email. The balance due of your rent is due 60 days prior to your arrival.
Refunds
Requests for any changes to your rental or cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel earlier than 60 days prior to your arrival date, you will receive a refund less 50% (of total rent)to cover administrative fees and loss of revenues. Cancellations within 60 days prior to your arrival date will be subject to forfeiture of 100% rental fee, unless we are able to rebook your rental dates. If your dates are rebooked at the same rate, then you will be subject to a 35% of the total rental fee administrative charge. Damage deposits are fully refundable at any time upon cancellation. |
